Every property page is wired to Census, BLS, and OpenStreetMap so the area is part of the listing, not a separate slide deck. You see what we see.

After the close

The deal isn't done at closing. Lease audits, NOI reviews, sale-leaseback analysis, and quarterly portfolio reviews are part of the relationship.
